Welcome to the all-new Stryve Reporting Suite! We have completely revamped our reports. It’s now easier than ever for you to get an overview of your hiring efforts. In this Learnings article, we will give you a tour of our new reports and show you how they can help improve your hiring process.
Accessing the reports
Whilst we were working on the beautiful new reports, we gave the dashboard a refresh. Now you can now view high level analytics as soon as you login.
You will have an overview of your total number of jobs, candidates, and the applications your roles have received.
Once you are ready to view all the reports, start exploring by clicking on Reports in the top navigation bar, or by selecting ‘View all Reports’ on the dashboard.

Candidate Acquisition
Our new candidate acquisition reports help you understand how candidates are finding you and applying for your roles.
Having this kind of data at your fingertips gives you a much clearer picture when it comes to recruitment marketing ROI.
We collect data from all major sources, so you know whether applications have come from social media, organic search, direct traffic, or referral sites.
We are in the process of giving you the ability to create your own custom links, so when you are creating that next recruitment campaign, you can even track right down to the page on which you are advertising – winner!

Time to hire
With our new time to hire reports, you can understand how many days it took you to complete a hire.
We give you the ability to report by department, job, or user. You can view the average days a candidate spent in each stage, giving you a greater understanding of potential bottlenecks in your hiring flows.
As with all our reports, you can download the data to use at your hearts content!

Diversity
The diversity reports section gives you a closer look into the makeup of your candidates. We collect data on candidate ethnicity, gender, and nationality.
Dive in to have a look at the demographics of the candidates applying for your roles!
