Data cleansing under GDPR
Our automated GDPR tool will ensure that data is cleansed as and when candidates request to be removed from your database. We will also do regular data checks for you so you know that any data you do store is fully compliant.
Candidates will also have to opt in to communications and can leave at any time. GDPR... nailed it!
Preset profiles
We have created default permissions presets for different user profiles. For example, our ‘Recruiter’ preset means that the user can view the candidates they have put forward for a role, but not all who have applied, and the user cannot view or edit company details. The ‘Super User’ preset allows universal access to everything on the platform. Each preset is specifically designed to suit the user profile.
You can create and edit as many profiles as you like!
Action tracking
When you have multiple users on a platform, it's easy to lose track of who has done what. Our tracking system logs who has accessed jobs and candidates most recently, and any changes made.
