What is a job board?

Within Stryve we offer all customers a beautifully crafted web page to showcase all of the available roles in your business.

The job board has been designed to wow your prospective candidates, giving them a flavour of life at your company and an easy way to view and apply for your roles.

What does the Stryve job board include?

The Stryve job board allows you to fully customise all elements to ensure brand consistency. Choose fonts, colours and upload your own images to bring your job board to life.

We have created space for you to tell your story, after all having open positions is one thing but telling candidates more about why they should join your team is the real hook.

Once you have added in your brand elements you can begin populating the page with your open positions.

Fully optimised and crafted for conversion

The new job board design was carefully designed with the candidate and end user in mind.

We wanted to simplify the process for our customers when building their career site. With improved UX you can now control all elements within the job board and through the new preview tool have a better understanding of what your changes are going to look like.

We also monitored how the job board was being used by visitors. Where they were dropping out, what content they spent more time viewing and generally how they navigated between the job board and available roles.

By combining this data with the valuable feedback from customers we have been able to craft a job board that not only looks beautiful but is also optimised for conversion.

How can I access the job board?

All existing customers have full access to the new job board from Friday 22nd October. Simply login to your account, head over to settings, job board and you’ll be able to view your new job board. From here you can start to add your brand colours, add your logo and upload images to really bring your page to life!
