Candidate profiles contain a large amount of data. To make things easier to find, we have created different sections under tabs on each candidate's profile. You'll find a section for just about anything, from basic peronal information, to a list of applications and notes that colleagues have left against a candidate. You can also upload files, generate CVs, update work experience and education, and keep track of emails sent to and received from the candidate.
You can upload files against a candidate by navigating to the "Uploads" tab within the candidate's profile. Once you upload your file, you will be able to give it a type and, if you have uploaded a CV, will have the option to mark the document as redacted.
From the candidate's main profile page, click on the "Interviews" tab. This will show you a list of both past and upcoming interviews scheduled for that candidate.
There are several ways to access a job in Stryve. You can use the main search bar to look for a job by typing in the job title. You can also navigate to your jobs list by clicking "Jobs" in the main navigation bar, and from there you can find your job in the list or search for it using the filter bar on the left of the screen.
There are several ways to view a candidate's profile within Stryve. You can search by name, job title, or email address using the search box in the main navigation bar. Alternatively, you can access your candidates list by clicking "Candidates" in the main navigation bar. From here, you can search using the filters in the column on the left of the screen. You can also click on a candidate's name from your job flow to view their profile.
If you wish to remove all traces of a candidate, you can do so by going to the "Compliance" tab within the candidate's profile. Click the "Delete candidate" button and you will see a warning asking you to confirm. Deleting a candidate is irreversible, so make sure you are deleting the right one!
Your jobs list can be found by clicking on the "Jobs" link in the main navigation bar. You can filter by status and department, and search by job title. Press the "View" arrow on the right to go to the job flow.
A list of all your candidates, also known as your talent pool, can be found by clicking on the "Candidates" link in the main navigation bar. You can search and filter on various different data points, and well as add candidates to jobs and lists. Click the "View" arrow on the right to go to the candidate's profile.
You can view your candidate lists by clicking the "Candidates" drop-down in the main navigation bar and then clicking on "Lists". Click the "Create list" button to make a new candidate list, or click the "View" arrow to view an existing list. This will show you a table containing all candidates in that list. To add a candidate, click the "Add candidates" button. You can use the checkboxes to select multiple candidates to add to a job or another candidate list.
Find the candidate in question and head over to their profile. Under the "Links" tab on the right of the screen you will see a list of links that have been added to the candidate already. To add a new link, click the "Add link" button.
The "Activity" tab on the candidate's profile will list all email communications, notes, and interviews involving the candidate.
You can add notes against a candidate using the "Notes" tab on their profile page, or via the quick view screen which is accessed from the job flow by clicking on the candidade's name.
You can add information about a candidate's work experience, education history, and qualifications using the "Experience" tab on their profile page.
