Experienced Stryve users will be well acquainted with our easy to use job flow builder. For those not yet to witness the wonder of the Stryve hiring flow, the platform allows you to move candidates through different stages of your hiring process from application, interview, hire, decline…Whatever your hiring flow looks like you can edit our buckets to match – giving you a crystal clear picture of your hiring status for each of your roles.

Having the flow is great but it’s not much use without automations. Stryve allows you to create automated emails and events to be triggered as candidates move through the hiring process – saving you hours of admin time.

So, what’s new?

We decided to take things one step further…why should you spend your time adding in automations to the hiring flow? After all, Stryve exists to save you time.

With our new job flow templates, you can be up and running with a fully automated hiring flow loaded with scheduled emails and events instantly.

How have we done this?

We have created a series of automated flow templates for you(all editable of course). The next time you add a job to Stryve you can select one of our templates, created with various job types and seniorities in mind, all of which are super charged with automated actions for you.

All you need to do is take a look at what we have created, edit where you need to, add in your teams details to make sure those emails fire off to the right people and you’re away!

How do I access the templates?

If you are a Stryve user you’ll now have these available to you in the system. Next time you create a job within the platform, simply click on the flow menu item and you will see a default option in place. You can also select from one of our other templates that we have created based on various levels of seniority and role type. Don’t forget, you can edit each and every action to make the template the perfect fit for your hiring process.
