Tips 1

Welcome to our latest features update. This month we bring you some game-changing features to help you deliver a seamless hiring experience for your candidates.

Tips 2

Microsoft Teams integration

We are all about making the experience for both you and your candidates, a slicker and smoother one. With communication at the cornerstone of any recruitment experience, we want to open our doors to platforms like Microsoft Teams to do just that.

Our latest integration with Teams gives you the ability to schedule interviews or meetings with candidates, complete with a Teams meeting link. No more jumping between platforms to copy links or send multiple invites. Do it all within Stryve, pain free!

It doesn’t end there. You can also have messages triggered to your Teams account when a candidate is moved to a new stage in the hiring flow. You can also send messages to individuals or channels when building hiring flows, never miss a beat with these automated messages, pretty sweet hey?

To get started with this new feature, head over to the Stryve App Marketplace and follow the steps to get the integration going. You’ll be firing before you know it.

Zoom integration

What would a Teams integration be without bringing Zoom to the party too!

Our integration with Zoom gives you the power to book a meeting or schedule an interview complete with a Zoom link attached to your invite.

Setting Zoom up in your Stryve account is quick and easy to do. Once your account administrator has granted permission to connect your Zoom account, all users in Stryve will be able to add Zoom invitations to their meetings with candidates.

Tips 3

Custom link share settings

This is one for all you marketeers out there. Do you ever share a link and think it looks, well, awful!? Our latest feature helps you create beautiful links to promote your jobs and career site.

You can now login to Stryve and change both the image and text for each of your links, ensuring what you’re sharing looks beautiful, every time.

Not only will this help you boost your engagement rates but it will also help you improve your overall approach to search engine optimisation.

Can I leave this as default?

Well, yes you can. But why wouldn’t you want to give yourself the best opportunity to land that next dream candidate?

By ensuring your page title and link description (meta description) are beautifully crafted and loaded with the kind of content that a candidate is going to want to click on, you’ll improve your chances of generating more clicks and applications instantly.

We have made this feature available for all of your jobs, so each role can have its own custom image and description. You can also make the same changes to your careers page link.

Editing these areas is quick and easy to do. Just head on over to your job or careers page and look under ‘Share Settings’ for details on how to get your links looking wonderful.
