We are delighted to welcome Ed Robinson to our sales team! Ed joins us as part of our program to work with young and ambitious sales professionals at the outset of their careers. Ed joins us on a 6 month placement during his gap year at the University of Exeter where he is studying Business and Management.

We caught up with Ed to learn more about his experience and why he joined Stryve.

Tell us a little more about you?

I am a Business Management at the University of Exeter, currently on a year out with the ambition to gain experience in the SaaS Industry. I have just finished an Internship at an IT sales and marketing agency, working as an SDR in the SaaS industry.

Why did you choose to join Stryve:

I wanted to become part of a growing company that is ambitious to help companies utilise AI to enable them move closer to their goals – Stryve does exactly that. I was really impressed by Stryve's unique angle within the ATS space.

I was also impressed with their B Corp certification, knowing that I am joining a team that goes beyond just business growth and also supports the environment and local community was a huge plus for me.

What are you most looking forward to now that you are part of the team:

I am most looking forward to learning from the fantastic team at Stryve and acquiring new skills that I can use to help Stryve develop new business. Additionally, I am excited to help businesses become more aware of the potential that an ATS can have to simplify the hiring process.

How do you think Stryve can help businesses?

I think Stryve can help SMEs build phenomenal teams and allow them to realise that AI software can be an accessible for all businesses to make use of. Often finding the right candidates can be one of the hardest things for businesses to do. What do you get up to outside of work?

My main sport is Rugby, I currently play for the university team and my hometown club - so you might see me limping into the office on a Monday! Generally I love my fitness so anything that helps keep me in shape keeps me interested!
